Software Problem - check first - if you can see there are 2 lines for a pupil (2 different start dates) - stop now and try again later. Our software providers are aware and providing a solution - updates twice per day - morning and afternoon.

Please ensure you always manually type in your username and password. If your username or password do not work on the first 2 attempts, please use the "Forgotten Username" or "Forgotten Password" links on the left, otherwise the account may be locked. You will need to manually type in the temporary password in the reset password email in the first instance.
