BEFORE YOU LOG IN - Software Problem - check first - if you can see there are 2 lines for a pupil (2 different start dates) - STOP NOW and try again later. Our software providers are aware and providing a solution - updates twice per day - morning and afternoon.
Once the 2 line children have disappeared - please update the headcount as is and submit. Then check your list of children and add back in any that may have disappeared AS A NEW CHILD with a new start date this term and do not link them to any other option - do not add the extended hours code, and submit again for the 15 hours. If the child has extended hours you will then need to rerun the code check using the Find a Child search and then edit the hours and submit again for the 30 hours

Please ensure you always manually type in your username and password.
